采用(yong)上述結構后的電熱消解儀采用(yong)功率開(kai)關管(guan),實現輸出功率的準(zhun)確(que)(que)調節(jie),繼而可以實現加(jia)熱過(guo)程的準(zhun)確(que)(que)控制(zhi)。

電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)消解儀,包括(kuo)(kuo)加(jia)熱(re)(re)體(ti),加(jia)熱(re)(re)體(ti)通(tong)過加(jia)熱(re)(re)主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)與交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)形成(cheng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)回(hui)路(lu),加(jia)熱(re)(re)主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)包括(kuo)(kuo)依次串接(jie)(jie)的空(kong)氣(qi)斷路(lu)器(qi)、單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)相(xiang)全橋整流濾波單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元和Buck主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu);還包括(kuo)(kuo)設置在加(jia)熱(re)(re)體(ti)上(shang)的溫度傳感器(qi),溫度傳感器(qi)通(tong)過濾波放(fang)大單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元分(fen)別(bie)與單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)片(pian)機和PWM控(kong)制(zhi)驅動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元,單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)片(pian)機與PWM控(kong)制(zhi)驅動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元相(xiang)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie),PWM控(kong)制(zhi)驅動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元通(tong)過隔(ge)離驅動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元與Buck主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)相(xiang)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie);PWM控(kong)制(zhi)驅動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元通(tong)過采樣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻對(dui)加(jia)熱(re)(re)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流采樣;單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)片(pian)機的輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)有(you)顯(xian)示(shi)溫度的輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)設備,輸(shu)(shu)入端連(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)有(you)參數設定(ding)的輸(shu)(shu)入設備 。
采用(yong)上述結構后的(de)(de)電(dian)熱消解儀采用(yong)功率開關(guan),實現輸出功率的(de)(de)調節,繼而可以實現加熱過(guo)程的(de)(de)控制。
消解儀使用注意事項:
1、消(xiao)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)架(jia)的(de)安裝(zhuang):實(shi)驗前將消(xiao)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)架(jia)從自動消(xiao)解儀(yi)的(de)升降(jiang)架(jia)取下(升降(jiang)架(jia)的(de)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態要在取出的(de)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態,開機(ji)的(de)初始狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態)。消(xiao)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)中放(fang)(fang)入需要消(xiao)解的(de)樣品(pin)和試劑,放(fang)(fang)置在消(xiao)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)架(jia)上。當樣品(pin)數量少于消(xiao)解孔位時,其他(ta)孔位應放(fang)(fang)置密封消(xiao)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)。樣品(pin)配置完畢后,要放(fang)(fang)置到升降(jiang)架(jia)的(de)消(xiao)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)架(jia)的(de)卡槽中,檢測是否安裝(zhuang)到位。
2、消解完成試管架的取出:當(dang)實驗(yan)結(jie)束后,消化管架在樣品冷(leng)卻位置。
3、 實驗過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)后,消化(hua)管中(zhong)(zhong)會產生(sheng)大量酸氣(可選配廢(fei)氣中(zhong)(zhong)和系統),保持(chi)通風順暢,避免吸入廢(fei)氣。
4、實驗(yan)結束后,排廢罩要放到滴盤(pan)中,以免多余的酸液流出,污染通(tong)風(feng)櫥(chu)臺面。排廢罩和(he)滴盤(pan)還需每(mei)次實驗(yan)后清洗。
5、實驗(yan)過程中(zhong),整個儀(yi)器處(chu)在高(gao)溫(wen)加熱(re)的狀態,避免人為失誤(wu)接觸到(dao)高(gao)溫(wen)加熱(re)區域(yu),儀(yi)器上已經注明相關區域(yu)并貼有(you)警(jing)示標簽(qian)。
